Engaging with patients and visitors

Ensure posters and any communication has clear messaging for the audience in that location, and that it is clear what action you want them to take. For example, posters in waiting rooms or other non-clinical areas directed at patients and visitors on waste materials they will need to dispose of, ie food and drink packaging, coffee cups and paper, and which bin they need to be placed in.
